Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This policy covers "consumer health data" under Washington's My Health My Data Act and similar state laws. It adds to our Privacy Policy. Tendonly is operated by Ken Ohara. Questions: economicotechmexico@gmail.com.
What health data the app handles
- Injuries you pick and which side, safety-check answers, and any diagnosis you enter.
- Daily pain scores, swelling, hours of sleep, and warning signs (such as numbness or a swollen calf).
- Rehab phase, phase tests passed, exercises completed and how they felt.
- Meals, water, and fruit and vegetables you log.
Where it comes from
Only from what you, or a parent, trainer or team admin using the same device, type into the app.
Why it's used
To build and adjust your rehab plan, show your progress, and show warning signs to a linked trainer or parent on the same device.
Who it's shared with
No one outside your device. In this version, the app stores this data only on your phone or in your web browser. We don't collect it, receive it, share it with third parties or affiliates, or sell it.
Your rights
- Access and delete: you can see most of this data in the app, and delete all of it with Safety, terms and privacy > Delete all data on this device, or by deleting the app.
- Consent: we will not collect or share consumer health data without your separate, clear consent first. If a future version sends any of it to us, we will ask for that consent in the app before it happens, and you will be able to confirm what we have, get a copy, delete it, or withdraw consent by emailing economicotechmexico@gmail.com.
- Appeals: if we ever turn down a request about your health data, you can appeal by replying to our answer. If you're not satisfied with how we handle your appeal, you can contact your state attorney general.
