How it works

From the day it happens
to the day they’re cleared.

  1. 01Admin and trainers

    Set up your team

Create the team, add your athletic trainers and share one six-character code with your athletes.

Athletes type it in once, when they sign up.

    Tap where it hurts

Athletes join with the code and pick the injury on the body. The plan is built for that injury and that side.

Trainer view of one athlete: phase tests and daily check-ins

Safety

A trainer in the loop,
every step.

Structured like real rehab
Each injury moves through phases with exercises and return tests, and a trainer or clinician makes the call to move on.
Red flags go straight to the trainer
Numbness, calf pain or a big jump in pain stops the session, points the athlete to care and flags it for their trainer.
Parents can follow along
Younger athletes can add a parent, and choose exactly what each person sees.
Not a diagnosis
Tendonly guides rehab after an injury is assessed. Serious injuries are pointed to a doctor or PT.

Daily check-in

30 seconds every morning.

Pain, swelling and sleep set the day. The session gets harder when they’re ready and eases off when they’re not.

  • Green · full sessionPain is low and steady. Keep loading.
  • Yellow · lighter dayPain or swelling is up. The work eases off.
  • Red · rest and alertA big jump or a red flag pauses the work and tells the trainer.

More than one injury?

Track each one on its own, with its own phase and plan. The check-in asks about every one.

Frequently asked questions

Talk to us
Does an athlete need a trainer to use Tendonly?

No. Solo athletes can sign up on their own, and link a trainer later with the trainer’s code.

How do athletes join our team?

Your admin shares the team’s athlete code. Athletes enter it when they sign up and land on the right trainer’s roster.

Which injuries does it cover?

Ankle sprains and Achilles injuries today, with more body regions on the way.

Who decides when an athlete moves to the next phase?

The athlete passes the phase tests and asks for a check. Their trainer approves the move.

Can parents see what’s going on?
